No-code → real-code migration

Hit the ceiling on no-code? Migrate to real code you own.

No-code got you to market fast. Then came the platform ceiling — per-workload pricing, features you can’t build, performance you can’t tune, and a black box no developer can extend. We move Bubble apps to Laravel: real, version-controlled code you own, without taking your live app offline.

In short: We replatform Bubble apps to Laravel 12 — a real codebase you own, can hire developers for, and can scale without per-workload pricing. Our flagship is HappyToDeliver: six role-based panels, live Bubble-sync running through the migration so the app never went dark.

Why teams leave no-code

The things founders tell us — in their own words.

"We’ve hit the platform ceiling." The next feature simply isn’t buildable in no-code.
"The bill scales faster than we do." Per-workload pricing punishes success.
"We can’t hire onto a black box." Real developers can’t extend a proprietary builder.
"Performance is out of our hands." You can’t tune what you can’t see.
"We don’t actually own our product." Your business logic lives inside someone else’s tool.

From fragile to production-grade

The same product — rebuilt underneath so it’s secure, stable, and ready to scale.

Locked inOn no-code
  • Logic trapped in a proprietary visual builder
  • Per-workload pricing that climbs with usage
  • Can’t hire developers to extend it
  • Performance you can’t profile or tune
  • Vendor owns the platform your business runs on
OwnedOn Laravel
  • Version-controlled code you own outright
  • Predictable hosting on infrastructure you choose
  • Any Laravel developer can extend it
  • Full control of queries, caching, and scale
  • Admin panels, roles, and workflows built to fit

How we migrate without downtime

Model the real data

We map your Bubble data types into a proper relational schema in PostgreSQL — the foundation no-code hides from you — so the app can finally scale and stay consistent.

Rebuild the logic in Laravel

Your workflows become real, testable Laravel 12 code with role-based admin panels in Filament — extensible by any developer, not just a no-code specialist.

Sync live through the port

We run an incremental sync so the Bubble app keeps serving users while we migrate — the approach we used on HappyToDeliver for a zero-downtime cutover.

Cut over and hand off

When the new platform is proven at parity, we switch traffic and hand you documented code, hosting, and full ownership.

The migration path

01

Audit & map

We inventory your Bubble app — data types, workflows, integrations — and give you a fixed-price migration plan.

02

Build in parallel

The Laravel platform is built alongside your live app, with the data model and admin panels done right.

03

Sync & verify

Live data syncs through the migration; we verify feature parity before anything switches.

04

Cut over

Zero-downtime switch, then documented handover — code, infra, and ownership are yours.

Proof, not promises

HappyToDeliver is exactly this migration: a full Bubble→Laravel 12 + Filament v4 replatform of a resident-operations platform — packages, deliveries, helpdesk, marketplace and payments across six role-based panels — with live incremental Bubble-sync running through the port so users were never cut off (now in beta). Laravel is core to our stack, and everything we write is yours to own. ISO 27001 certified.

Start here

Don't guess how bad it is. Get a real audit first.

A senior engineer reads your codebase and gives you a plain-English report: what's fragile, what's a security risk, what breaks when you scale — ranked by severity, with the effort to fix each one. You see the full diagnosis before anyone touches a line of your code. No surprises, no scope creep.

  • A prioritized, plain-English findings report
  • The real risks: auth, secrets, data, scale
  • Effort + cost to fix each, ranked
  • A rescue roadmap — no lock-in, you own it

Common questions

Will my app go down during the migration?

No. We run an incremental sync so your Bubble app keeps serving users the entire time, and only cut over once the new Laravel platform is verified at feature parity. That’s how we handled HappyToDeliver.

Why Laravel specifically?

Laravel is a mature, widely-hired PHP framework with a strong admin ecosystem (Filament) — ideal for the data-and-workflow apps people usually build on Bubble. It’s core to our stack, so you’re getting our deepest wheelhouse, and you’ll never struggle to hire for it.

What does a Bubble to Laravel migration cost?

It scales with how many data types, workflows and integrations you have — so we start with a fixed-fee audit that inventories your app and returns a fixed-price migration plan before any work begins.

Can you migrate other no-code platforms?

Yes — Webflow, FlutterFlow, Glide and others follow the same playbook: model the real data, rebuild the logic in owned code, sync through the cutover. Bubble→Laravel is simply our most proven path.

Let’s make it production-grade.

Tell us what you built and where it hurts. You get a senior read, a fixed-price plan, and full code ownership — no hourly billing, no lock-in.
